Would come here again, loved this place, thank you. The breakfast options are lovely with 2 enormous slices and very good coffee, for instance. Its location is great pressed to find better in the surrounding area. Happy Gathering, where you can eat dinner, is a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

I enjoyed the weekend and would stay here again. Relaxing neat hotel and staff was really helpful and so caring. I was given en suite and beautifully designed room with a hot tub and the dated bedrooms plus a family of shouty seagulls parading along the window ledges. The property's location was amazing, just off main town center and other entertainments as well as many restaurants in Eastbourne.

The property was incredible with incredibly attentive and caring staff like duty manager, I really enjoyed the stay. As for me, the location was perfect and magnificent, not far from the seafront at Eastbourne, the sea front near to the pier and centre and a number of bars. Moreover, Eastbourne Lifeboat Museum was just a pleasant stroll away from the place.
